Learn Baby Reflex

Baby Reflex is reflexology techniques adapted for babies and toddlers.  

A gentle and non-invasive therapy, it promotes:

• parent/child bonding

• relief from common discomforts like teething pain & reflux

• settled sleep

Learn it yourself

Over the course of three one-hour workshops, in small groups of up to 6 parents, I will teach you how to apply these techniques yourself.  

 

You will then have the skills, knowledge and confidence to help your little one whenever needed, on the go, or in the comfort of your own home.
